What if I need to exclude some of the names/addresses that are in my Excel spreadsheet for labels? For example, if I have 123 names and addresses, but I only want to print labels for a specific 75 of them...

In Excel, you have 6 columns of actual addressee data. But you are presenting 21 extra columns, all vacant. So that an old curmudgeon like me doesn't try to view this with his nose 4 inches from the screen, next time would you go the bottom right, magnify the data to 150 - 200 %, and make it a little easier for this old goat? Thanks.
